  1. \t\tSe a autora aceita pagar as custas pelos valores emergentes da respectiva conta, n\u00e3o pode depois querer pagar menos por altera\u00e7\u00e3o dos crit\u00e9rios adotados na conta \u2013 vg. redu\u00e7\u00e3o do valor da UC \u2013 ex vi de recurso interposto pela r\u00e9, pois que o efeito do recurso apenas a esta aproveita.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tA conta de custas \u00e9 elaborada de harmonia com o julgado em \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia \u2013 art\u00ba 30\u00ba n\u00ba1 do RCP – devendo englobar as despesas dos recursos, mas tal elabora\u00e7\u00e3o final ocorre sempre na 1\u00aa inst\u00e2ncia \u2013 art\u00ba 29\u00ba n\u00ba1 -; e devendo a parte apresentar a sua nota de custas nos dez dias posteriores ao tr\u00e2nsito em julgado ou, no m\u00e1ximo, e em caso de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o da nota, nos dez dias posteriores \u00e0 sua notifica\u00e7\u00e3o da conta \u2013 art\u00ba 25\u00ba n\u00ba1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
