  1. \t\tNos termos da al\u00ednea f) do n\u00ba1 do art\u00ba 4\u00ba do Regulamento das Custas Processuais, a isen\u00e7\u00e3o de custas das pessoas colectivas privadas sem fins lucrativos apenas dever\u00e1 ser reconhecida quando concretamente estejam em causa a defesa ou o reconhecimento de direitos e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rios (nestes se incluindo os indispens\u00e1veis e os instrumentais) \u00e0 prossecu\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus fins.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tPor se encontrar numa rela\u00e7\u00e3o de instrumentalidade com o seu escopo social, goza da isen\u00e7\u00e3o de custas a pessoa colectiva privada, sem fins lucrativos, com o fim de promover actividades no \u00e2mbito da educa\u00e7\u00e3o, que visa obter a cobran\u00e7a coerciva de um d\u00e9bito decorrente da frequ\u00eancia de um seu estabelecimento de ensino. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
