  1. \t\tInvocando o trabalhador como fundamento da justa causa de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato de trabalho a cessa\u00e7\u00e3o da situa\u00e7\u00e3o de isen\u00e7\u00e3o do hor\u00e1rio de trabalho e a falta de pagamento do correspondente subs\u00eddio, compete-lhe a ele o \u00f3nus de alega\u00e7\u00e3o e prova das correspondentes causas de ilicitude.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tCessando as causas que determinaram, ap\u00f3s a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato de trabalho, a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da isen\u00e7\u00e3o de hor\u00e1rio de trabalho, a entidade empregadora pode fazer cessar unilateralmente tal isen\u00e7\u00e3o e o pagamento do correspondente subs\u00eddio. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
