  1. \t\tComo resulta do disposto no artigo 39.\u00ba do Regime Geral do Processo Tutelar C\u00edvel, entre outras disposi\u00e7\u00f5es deste diploma, o processo tutelar c\u00edvel n\u00e3o exclui a interven\u00e7\u00e3o de entidades externas que complementem as equipas multidisciplinares de assessoria t\u00e9cnica ao tribunal, mas, em regra, o contributo destas equipas multidisciplinares \u00e9 suficiente para alcan\u00e7ar uma decis\u00e3o adequada.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tNo caso concreto, colocando-se a hip\u00f3tese de aliena\u00e7\u00e3o parental promovida pelos av\u00f3s maternos, justifica-se o indeferimento de uma per\u00edcia destinada a averiguar tal aliena\u00e7\u00e3o quando esta eventualidade foi denunciada nos autos pelo pai da menor e nenhuma das entidades que intervieram nos autos a sufragou como cred\u00edvel e, al\u00e9m disso, se verifica que a fraca promo\u00e7\u00e3o da aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o entre pai e filha, imput\u00e1vel aos av\u00f3s maternos, em especial ao av\u00f4, n\u00e3o \u00e9 acompanhada de raz\u00f5es factuais socialmente inaceit\u00e1veis imput\u00e1veis aos av\u00f3s maternos. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
