  1. \t\tEm caso de cumula\u00e7\u00e3o sucessiva de execu\u00e7\u00f5es, com inicial penhora de fra\u00e7\u00e3o do vencimento da executada, a quantia exequenda cumulada tem de conformar-se com a regra da prioridade temporal (prior in tempore potior in jure) relativamente a outras penhoras, pr\u00e9vias \u00e0 cumula\u00e7\u00e3o, realizadas no \u00e2mbito de outras execu\u00e7\u00f5es, que ficaram suspensas at\u00e9 \u00e0 satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o integral do cr\u00e9dito exequendo da execu\u00e7\u00e3o inicial\/origin\u00e1ria, onde primeiramente foi realizada a penhora.<\/li>\n
