  1. \t\tO adquirente de bens atrav\u00e9s da venda executiva pode requerer a entrega do bem contra o detentor na pr\u00f3pria execu\u00e7\u00e3o, devendo a entrega ser deferida, sem mais.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tNa verdade, o adquirente j\u00e1 beneficia, \u00e9 detentor, do t\u00edtulo de transmiss\u00e3o, o qual \u00e9 suficiente para promover\/requer a entrega do bem.<\/li>\n
  3. \t\tAssim, se o anterior propriet\u00e1rio\/detentor de um im\u00f3vel, vendido no \u00e2mbito de um processo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o, se recusar a entreg\u00e1-lo, basta investir o adquirente na respectiva posse, tendo por base o t\u00edtulo de transmiss\u00e3o, sendo desnecess\u00e1rio intentar uma nova execu\u00e7\u00e3o para entrega de coisa certa. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
