  1. \t\tReportado \u00e0 medida de internamento de inimput\u00e1vel, o horizonte delimitativo da compet\u00eancia do tribunal singular e do tribunal colectivo deve encontrar-se num ponto de converg\u00eancia determinado pela similitude entre a dura\u00e7\u00e3o das penas e das medidas de seguran\u00e7a, donde resulta: no julgamento, intervir\u00e1 o tribunal singular ou, ao inv\u00e9s, o tribunal colectivo, conforme \u00e0 dita medida de seguran\u00e7a corresponda, em abstracto, dura\u00e7\u00e3o inferior\/igual ou superior a cinco anos.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tNo caso de cometimento de mais do que um facto il\u00edcito pelo mesmo agente inimput\u00e1vel, com perigosidade declarada, deve ser aplicada apenas uma medida de seguran\u00e7a de internamento, cujo limite m\u00e1ximo corresponde ao limite superior da pena prevista para o crime mais grave.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
