  1. \t\tAlegando o assistente, no RAI, que est\u00e1 isento do pagamento da taxa de justi\u00e7a, porquanto, em 22\/10\/2015, requereu o apoio judici\u00e1rio \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a social, na modalidade de dispensa do pagamento da taxa de justi\u00e7a e demais encargos com o processo, para os autos acima referidos;<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tE alegando que at\u00e9 \u00e0 data do recurso n\u00e3o foi notificado do indeferimento desse pedido, entendendo haver deferimento t\u00e1cito;<\/li>\n
  3. \t\tMas constando do processo uma informa\u00e7\u00e3o de que houve decis\u00e3o de indeferimento datada de 28 de Janeiro de 2016, e que o requerente n\u00e3o beneficia do apoio judici\u00e1rio que invoca.<\/li>\n
  4. \t\tAntes de se decidir pela exig\u00eancia de taxa de justi\u00e7a a assistente que requereu a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o, \u201co tribunal (\u2026) deve confirmar junto dos servi\u00e7os da seguran\u00e7a social a forma\u00e7\u00e3o do acto t\u00e1cito.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
