  1. \t\tO artigo 1880\u00ba CC n\u00e3o prev\u00ea um direito novo, mas a extens\u00e3o da obriga\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar dos pais para com os filhos, que se projeta na maioridade, n\u00e3o cessando automaticamente com a maioridade, mas t\u00e3o-somente nos casos previstos no artigo 2013\u00ba do CC.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tO n\u00ba2 do art. 1905\u00ba tem natureza interpretativa, abrangendo todos os benefici\u00e1rios de pens\u00e3o de alimentos fixada durante a menoridade, ainda que tenham atingido a maioridade em data anterior a 1 de outubro de 2015 (art. 1880\u00ba).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
