  1. \t\tNo procedimento de exonera\u00e7\u00e3o do passivo restante, enquanto decorre o per\u00edodo da cess\u00e3o, o insolvente est\u00e1 obrigado a cumprir as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es enumeradas no art.\u00ba 239\u00ba, n\u00ba 4, do C\u00f3digo da Insolv\u00eancia e da Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de Empresas (CIRE).<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tA viola\u00e7\u00e3o destas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es pode determinar a cessa\u00e7\u00e3o antecipada daquele procedimento.<\/li>\n
  3. \t\tNos termos do art.243\u00ba, n\u00ba1, a), do CIRE, aquela cessa\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre quando o devedor tiver dolosamente ou com grave neglig\u00eancia violado alguma daquelas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es e, com isso, prejudicar a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos cr\u00e9ditos sobre a insolv\u00eancia.<\/li>\n
  4. \t\tDiferentemente da revoga\u00e7\u00e3o da exonera\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 concedida (art.246\u00ba daquela lei), em que se exige o dolo do devedor e um preju\u00edzo relevante, no caso da cessa\u00e7\u00e3o antecipada do procedimento admite-se, al\u00e9m do dolo, a neglig\u00eancia grave e o preju\u00edzo n\u00e3o tem de ser relevante.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
