  1. \t\tA presun\u00e7\u00e3o emergente do registo predial n\u00e3o incide sobre os limites ou confronta\u00e7\u00f5es dos im\u00f3veis, as suas \u00e1reas, as correspondentes inscri\u00e7\u00f5es matriciais, os valores venais e tribut\u00e1rios, incidindo, no entanto, sobre os elementos que constam das descri\u00e7\u00f5es prediais e que integram o \u00e2mbito m\u00ednimo ou n\u00facleo essencial imprescind\u00edvel para identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos im\u00f3veis a que se reportam: por exemplo, um espa\u00e7o destinado a estacionamento privativo, um logradouro, um terra\u00e7o coberto ou descoberto.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tO possuidor presume-se titular do direito de propriedade sobre o bem possu\u00eddo.<\/li>\n
  3. \t\tSalvo se o registo predial lhe for cronologicamente anterior, a presun\u00e7\u00e3o da titularidade do direito emergente da posse prevalece sobre a que emerge do registo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
