  1. \t\tNo procedimento de injun\u00e7\u00e3o em que n\u00e3o estejam em causa transa\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais apenas pode peticionar-se a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es pecuni\u00e1rias directamente emergentes de contrato, correspondentes juros de mora e despesas de cobran\u00e7a.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tA cumula\u00e7\u00e3o de pedidos referentes a obriga\u00e7\u00f5es do tipo das referenciadas em I) com outras a que n\u00e3o se adeque o procedimento de injun\u00e7\u00e3o gera uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de cumula\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal de pedidos e de inadequa\u00e7\u00e3o processual que integram excep\u00e7\u00f5es dilat\u00f3rias inominadas determinantes de absolvi\u00e7\u00e3o da inst\u00e2ncia do indigitado devedor.<\/li>\n
  3. \t\tA oposi\u00e7\u00e3o do devedor, com a consequente remessa do procedimento de injun\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e sua transmuta\u00e7\u00e3o em ACOPEC n\u00e3o sanam aquelas excep\u00e7\u00f5es dilat\u00f3rias e n\u00e3o geram qualquer obst\u00e1culo a que as mesmas sejam conhecidas e declaradas pelo tribunal em que a ACOPEC passe a ser tramitada.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
