  1. \t\tA obriga\u00e7\u00e3o (e a interven\u00e7\u00e3o) do Fundo de Garantia de Alimentos Devidos a Menores cessa com a maioridade do respectivo benefici\u00e1rio e n\u00e3o se estende \u00e0s despesas educacionais de maiores, que se encontrem na situa\u00e7\u00e3o do art.\u00ba 1880\u00ba do C\u00f3digo Civil (CC).<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tA protec\u00e7\u00e3o social dos jovens, designadamente para forma\u00e7\u00e3o educacional ou profissional, prevista no art.\u00ba 1880\u00ba do CC, em cumprimento da directiva prevista no art.\u00ba 70\u00ba, n.\u00ba 1, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o da Rep\u00fablica Portuguesa, bem como das incumb\u00eancias dos normativos seguintes da mesma Lei Fundamental, h\u00e1-de buscar-se em outros instrumentos ou mecanismos legais.<\/li>\n
  3. \t\tA Lei 75\/98 de 19\/11, interpretada no sentido da sua n\u00e3o aplica\u00e7\u00e3o aos maiores de 18 anos na situa\u00e7\u00e3o prevista do art. 1905\u00ba n\u00ba2 CC, n\u00e3o est\u00e1 ferida de inconstitucionalidade material.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
