  1. \t\tA previs\u00e3o da al. e) do n\u00ba 2 do art\u00ba 9\u00ba da NLAT, na extens\u00e3o do conceito de acidente de trabalho, engloba o acidente que ocorra no trajeto de ida ou de regresso para o local de trabalho, normalmente utilizado e durante o per\u00edodo de tempo habitualmente gasto pelo trabalhador entre o local de trabalho e o local de refei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tComo a lei n\u00e3o tutela mais do que o acidente de trajeto entre o local de refei\u00e7\u00e3o e o local de trabalho, n\u00e3o se pode aceitar uma interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o extensiva que inclua nessa tutela um trajeto ulterior \u00e0 refei\u00e7\u00e3o, tomada no local de trabalho, para um acto de mera ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo antes do regresso ao trabalho, como ser\u00e1 ir tomar caf\u00e9 a um estabelecimento deste tipo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
