TRABALHO.<br \/> \t<strong>Sum\u00e1rio: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\tSempre que o recorrente impugne a decis\u00e3o sobre a mat\u00e9ria de facto, deve observar o \u00f3nus de impugna\u00e7\u00e3o previsto no art\u00ba 640\u00ba do nCPC, nomeadamente deve indicar as exatas passagens da grava\u00e7\u00e3o dos depoimentos testemunhais em que se baseia para discordar do decidido, sob pena de rejei\u00e7\u00e3o do recurso quanto \u00e0 reaprecia\u00e7\u00e3o da prova.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t\u00c9 poss\u00edvel aplicar a presun\u00e7\u00e3o da culpa prevista no art\u00ba 799\u00ba do C.
