  1. \t\tA notifica\u00e7\u00e3o da senten\u00e7a (de arguido ausente) \u00e9 apenas uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do ato processual da leitura da senten\u00e7a pelo que n\u00e3o estamos perante a exce\u00e7\u00e3o referida no artigo 254, n.\u00ba1, al. b) do C.P.P.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tO ato processual \u00e9 a leitura da senten\u00e7a, a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o da senten\u00e7a \u00e9 a mera comunica\u00e7\u00e3o desse ato.<\/li>\n
  3. \t\tO arguido julgado na aus\u00eancia n\u00e3o pode ser detido para efeitos de lhe ser notificada a senten\u00e7a por a tal obstar a finalidade da deten\u00e7\u00e3o prevista na al\u00ednea b) do n.\u00ba 1 do artigo 254.\u00ba do CPP, tradu\u00e7\u00e3o ao n\u00edvel do direito ordin\u00e1rio da exce\u00e7\u00e3o constitucional contida na al\u00ednea f) do n.\u00ba 3 do artigo 27.\u00ba<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
