CIVIL.<br \/> \t<strong>Sum\u00e1rio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\tDo art\u00ba 1083\u00ba, n\u00ba 2, al. b) do C. Civil (na reda\u00e7\u00e3o dada e na reposi\u00e7\u00e3o introduzida no C. Civil pela Lei n\u00ba 6\/2006, de 27\/02 (NRAU)) resulta que \u00e9 fundamento para a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato de arrendamento urbano, por parte do senhorio, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do locado de forma contr\u00e1ria \u00e0 lei, aos bons costumes ou \u00e0 ordem p\u00fablica, que, pela sua gravidade ou consequ\u00eancias, torne inexig\u00edvel \u00e0 outra parte a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do arrendamento.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\tTendo havido uma pr\u00e1tica reiterada, continuada, quase di\u00e1ria e desde 2010, por parte do R\u00e9u, na venda de coca\u00edna a partir do locado, onde os consumidores desse produto se dirigiam, causando agita\u00e7\u00e3o, inc\u00f3modo e inseguran\u00e7a aos demais moradores desse bairro, conduta essa que levou a que o R\u00e9u acabasse por ser condenado como traficante de estupefacientes e em pena de pris\u00e3o, que provavelmente j\u00e1 ter\u00e1 cumprido, tal comportamento constitui fundamento bastante para a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato de arrendamento urbano em causa, por parte do senhorio.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\tN\u00e3o se pode considerar a al. b) do n\u00ba 2 do art\u00ba 1083\u00ba do C.
