  1. \t\tA prova de que o de cujus vendeu alguns bens da heran\u00e7a para n\u00e3o os deixar ao filho herdeiro, n\u00e3o \u00e9, formal e substancialmente, bastante para se concluir que estamos perante um ato il\u00edcito de deserda\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 art\u00ba 2166\u00ba do CC \u2013 que acarrete, no processo de invent\u00e1rio, a nulidade das vendas.<\/li>\n
