  2. \t\tCaso o mandat\u00e1rio judicial abandone a execu\u00e7\u00e3o e o seu mandato antes que esteja inteiramente paga a quantia exequenda aos exequentes seus clientes n\u00e3o pode calcular na sua nota de honor\u00e1rios, no que se refere ao item \u201cresultado obtido\u201d, mencionado no art. 100\u00ba, n\u00ba 3, do estatuto da Ordem dos Avogados, um valor como correspondendo \u00e0 satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o integral de tal quantia exequenda.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
