  1. \t\tNo testamento, por o mesmo incorporar disposi\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00faltima vontade, o fim da interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o deve encontrar-se na determina\u00e7\u00e3o da vontade real do testador.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tTendo o testador deixado a propriedade do pr\u00e9dio \u00e0 ora r\u00e9 impondo-lhe o \u00f3nus de entregar anualmente dez por cento do rendimento il\u00edquido do mesmo \u00e0 autora, apenas os rendimentos do pr\u00e9dio est\u00e3o abrangidos na cl\u00e1usula testament\u00e1ria em quest\u00e3o, n\u00e3o se podendo enquadrar na referida deixa testament\u00e1ria a quantia equivalente a dez por cento do produto da venda, no caso de tal pr\u00e9dio vir a ser vendido.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
