  1. \t\tTendo a autora direito a seis horas de dispensa para amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, essas seis horas de dispensa devem ser gozadas durante o per\u00edodo normal de trabalho a que a autora est\u00e1 obrigada, sem perda de quaisquer direitos e sendo consideradas como presta\u00e7\u00e3o efectiva de trabalho \u2013 art\u00ba 65\u00ba\/2 do CT\/09.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tAssente esse direito potestativo da autora, compete \u00e0 trabalhadora o exerc\u00edcio de tal direito atrav\u00e9s da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o prevista no art\u00ba 48\u00ba\/1 do CT\/09, com indica\u00e7\u00e3o dos dois per\u00edodos distintos aludidos no n\u00ba 3 do art\u00ba 47\u00ba durante os quais pretende gozar efectivamente a dispensa para amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
