\tA norma do artigo 22.\u00ba, n.\u00ba 3, al. b), da Lei n.\u00ba 50\/2006, de 29 de Agosto, alterada pela Lei n.\u00ba 89\/2009, de 31 de Agosto – ao estabelecer, para as pessoas colectivas, a coima m\u00ednima de 15.000,00, em caso de contra-ordena\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais graves praticadas por neglig\u00eancia -, n\u00e3o enferma de inconstitucionalidade material, nomeadamente por viola\u00e7\u00e3o do princ\u00edpio da proporcionalidade plasmado no artigo 18.\u00ba da CRP.<\/p>\n
