  1. \t\tO art\u00ba 1880 C.Civil mant\u00e9m a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o dos progenitores assegurarem as despesas com o sustento, seguran\u00e7a, sa\u00fade e educa\u00e7\u00e3o do seu filho maior pelo per\u00edodo necess\u00e1rio a que o mesmo complete a sua forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional, na medida em que tal se revele razo\u00e1vel<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tO art\u00ba 2013 al. c) do C.Civil n\u00e3o se aplica aos casos da obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos a filhos maiores, j\u00e1 que quanto a estas situa\u00e7\u00f5es antes regula especificamente o mencionado art\u00ba 1880 do C.Civil, que recorre \u00e0 ideia de razoabilidade de forma a avaliar a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o ou n\u00e3o da obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de sustento, seguran\u00e7a, sa\u00fade e educa\u00e7\u00e3o do filho maior por parte do progenitor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
