  1. \t\tA par do mandato representativo -aquele em que coexistem o mandato e a procura\u00e7\u00e3o, nascendo para o mandat\u00e1rio o dever de celebrar o acto, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 por conta do mandante, mas tamb\u00e9m em nome dele- a lei admite o mandato sem representa\u00e7\u00e3o (mandato nomine proprio), caso em que o mandat\u00e1rio \u00e9 parte no contrato que celebra, cabendo-lhe depois, na execu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato de mandato, transferir para a esfera jur\u00eddica do mandante os direitos adquiridos.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tSe a r\u00e9, sociedade de advogados, na execu\u00e7\u00e3o do mandato, celebra com terceiros contrato de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os, aos quais d\u00e1 apenas a conhecer que o trabalho cuja realiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 solicitada se destina a uma cliente, actua por conta da mandante, mas j\u00e1 n\u00e3o em nome desta.<\/li>\n
  3. \t\tNo caso, rege o disposto no art.\u00ba 1180.\u00ba do C\u00f3digo Civil, ficando a sociedade r\u00e9 obrigada ao pagamento do pre\u00e7o.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
