  2. \t\tN\u00e3o estando determinado o tipo de rela\u00e7\u00e3o existente entre a sociedade constitu\u00edda arguida e o ente singular, e se este agiu em nome pr\u00f3prio, ou por conta, no interesse e em nome daquela, imp\u00f5e-se, sem mais, a absolvi\u00e7\u00e3o da primeira, por n\u00e3o lhe poder ser imputada qualquer responsabilidade contraordenacional.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
