\tOcorrendo o encerramento do processo especial de revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o na sequ\u00eancia da n\u00e3o homologa\u00e7\u00e3o de determinado plano de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o visando a revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do devedor e permanecendo o mesmo em situa\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f3mica dif\u00edcil ou em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de insolv\u00eancia meramente iminente, mas que ainda seja suscept\u00edvel de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o (art.\u00ba 17\u00ba-A, n.\u00ba 1, do CIRE), e estando reunidos os demais requisitos legalmente previstos, nada obstar\u00e1 a que se d\u00ea in\u00edcio a novo processo especial de revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, sem a limita\u00e7\u00e3o temporal prevista no n.\u00ba 6 do art.\u00ba 17\u00ba-G, do CIRE (aplic\u00e1vel aos casos de extin\u00e7\u00e3o do processo sem aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de plano de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/p>\n
