  1. \t\tA data relevante para a contagem do prazo a que se refere o artigo 215\u00ba, n\u00bas 1, al\u00ednea a) e 2, do CPP – prazo de dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima da pris\u00e3o preventiva ou de obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de perman\u00eancia na habita\u00e7\u00e3o – \u00e9 a data da prola\u00e7\u00e3o da acusa\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o a data da sua notifica\u00e7\u00e3o ao arguido.<\/li>\n
