  1. \t\tNo dom\u00ednio da vig\u00eancia do DL 522\/85, de 31 de Dezembro, se no momento da ocorr\u00eancia do acidente o ve\u00edculo entregue para repara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 conduzido pelo garagista -por si ou por interm\u00e9dio de um seu comiss\u00e1rio- \u00e9 aquele que tem a sua direc\u00e7\u00e3o efectiva e n\u00e3o o respectivo dono;<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tSendo o garagista sujeito da obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de indemnizar, n\u00e3o tendo celebrado contrato de seguro, reca\u00edmos no \u00e2mbito da previs\u00e3o do art.\u00ba 21.\u00ba do DL 522\/85, competindo ao FGA a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o da indemniza\u00e7\u00e3o que for devida, dada a inexist\u00eancia de seguro v\u00e1lido.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
