  1. \t\tCompetindo aos progenitores zelar pela sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a dos filhos, prover ao seu sustento e educa\u00e7\u00e3o e diligenciar pela sua representa\u00e7\u00e3o, em tudo tendo a sua actua\u00e7\u00e3o de se pautar e conformar pelo crit\u00e9rio \u00fanico e fundamental do interesse do filho menor, a inibi\u00e7\u00e3o das responsabilidades parentais s\u00f3 pode ser decretada quando se perfilar uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de viola\u00e7\u00e3o grave e culposa de algum (ns) do(s) assinalado(s) dever(es), da\u00ed resultando preju\u00edzo importante para este.<\/li>\n
  2. \t\tDeste modo, sendo a inibi\u00e7\u00e3o uma sorte de medida de \u00faltima \u201cratio\u201d, ainda a verificar-se uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de perigo para a seguran\u00e7a, sa\u00fade, forma\u00e7\u00e3o moral e educa\u00e7\u00e3o do filho menor -prova que no caso n\u00e3o foi feita- sempre cumprir\u00e1 indagar se o regime prevenido no art.\u00ba 1918.\u00ba n\u00e3o constitui rem\u00e9dio adequado, em ordem a preservar no progenitor o exerc\u00edcio das responsabilidades parentais.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
