(a que corresponde o art. 552\u00ba, n\u00ba 5, do actual C.P.C.), seja por aplica\u00e7\u00e3o anal\u00f3gica do disposto no art. 486\u00ba-A, n\u00ba 1, do mesmo diploma (a que corresponde o art. 570\u00ba, n\u00ba 1, do actual C.P.C.), n\u00e3o constitui pressuposto de aceita\u00e7\u00e3o do requerimento\/peti\u00e7\u00e3o inicial de embargos de terceiro a jun\u00e7\u00e3o de documento comprovativo da concess\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio de apoio judici\u00e1rio, bastando a jun\u00e7\u00e3o de documento comprovativo de tal benef\u00edcio haver sido solicitado e, como tal, a falta daquele documento n\u00e3o pode conduzir \u00e0 recusa da aludida peti\u00e7\u00e3o.
