  2. \t\tPorque a resid\u00eancia da menor pressup\u00f5e estabilidade, como tal n\u00e3o pode ser considerada a perman\u00eancia durante cerca de 4 meses em casa dos av\u00f3s maternos, para onde a m\u00e3e da menor e esta se deslocaram, a\u00ed dormindo e a\u00ed tomando refei\u00e7\u00f5es e a\u00ed a crian\u00e7a brincando, com vista a confortar a m\u00e3e da progenitora e os tios-av\u00f3s pela deten\u00e7\u00e3o de seu pai.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
