  1. A norma\u00e7\u00e3o constante do DL nº 13\/94 de 15 de Janeiro exclui a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de obras de qualquer natureza na zona de protec\u00e7\u00e3o da estrada, n\u00e3o sendo mister que as mesmas se achem incorporadas, agarradas ao solo, ou tenham car\u00e1cter definitivo.<\/li>\n
  2. Estando uma esta\u00e7\u00e3o de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es implantada em plena zona non aedificandi dum itiner\u00e1rio principal, e n\u00e3o tendo tal implanta\u00e7\u00e3o sido precedida de qualquer licen\u00e7a ou autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o \u00e9 devida indemniza\u00e7\u00e3o pelos preju\u00edzos decorrentes da retirada e reinstala\u00e7\u00e3o dessa esta\u00e7\u00e3o em outro local, em consequ\u00eancia de processo expropriativo.\n
