    \tO documento\/recibo a entregar ao trabalhador no acto do pagamento da retribui\u00e7\u00e3o (antigo art\u00ba 94\u00ba da LCT e agora art\u00ba 267\u00ba, n\u00ba 5, do C\u00f3digo do Trabalho), n\u00e3o \u00e9 exig\u00edvel enquanto espec\u00edfico meio de prova. \t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    \tComo sempre foi entendimento pac\u00edfico, tal previs\u00e3o normativa n\u00e3o cont\u00e9m qualquer regra de direito probat\u00f3rio que afaste o princ\u00edpio geral da livre aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o das provas, cabendo ao Tribunal decidir, neste aspecto, segundo a sua prudente convic\u00e7\u00e3o acerca dos factos e face aos meios probat\u00f3rios dispon\u00edveis \u2013 art\u00ba 392\u00ba C.Civ. \t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
