  1. O prazo fixado no n.º 2 do artigo 68.º do CPP interrompe-se, nos termos do disposto no artigo 24.º, n.º 2, da Lei n.º 34\/2004, de 29 de Julho, com a jun\u00e7\u00e3o ao processo em curso do documento comprovativo da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, nos Servi\u00e7os da Seguran\u00e7a Social, do pedido de apoio judici\u00e1rio, na modalidade de nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de patrono.<\/li>\n
  2. A obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de o requerente apresentar em processo pendente o referido documento, como condi\u00e7\u00e3o de interrup\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo em curso, n\u00e3o compromete desproporcionadamente o direito constitucional de acesso ao direito e \u00e0 justi\u00e7a.<\/li>\n
  3. Se, aquando da entrega em ju\u00edzo desse documento, j\u00e1 estiver esgotado o aludido prazo, n\u00e3o faz sentido retroagir ou repristinar a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o para momento anterior, uma vez que, tratando-se de prazo perempt\u00f3rio, se extinguiu o direito correspondente.\n
