  1. Do teor do artº 111º, nºs 1 e 4 da NLAT (Lei nº 98\/2009, de 4\/09) \u00e9 leg\u00edtimo extrair o entendimento de que se adoptou um conceito de retribui\u00e7\u00e3o mais abrangente do que o previsto no artº 258º do CT\/2009, abarcando, para al\u00e9m do sal\u00e1rio normalmente auferido pelo trabalhador, tanto as presta\u00e7\u00f5es pecuni\u00e1rias de base, como as acess\u00f3rias, designadamente o subs\u00eddio de refei\u00e7\u00e3o ou de transporte e gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es usuais, mesmo que n\u00e3o pagas mensalmente, e pagamentos em esp\u00e9cie.<\/li>\n
  2. No regime jur\u00eddico estabelecido no artº 111º da NLAT o legislador conferiu especial aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao elemento periodicidade ou regularidade no pagamento.<\/li>\n
  3. Assim, o valor percebido mensalmente pelo trabalhador a t\u00edtulo de subs\u00eddio de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o deve integrar o c\u00e1lculo da pens\u00e3o por doen\u00e7a profissional que lhe \u00e9 devida.\n
