  1. Com excep\u00e7\u00e3o dos artigos expressamente elencados no n.º 3 da Lei n.º 64-A\/2008, o Regulamento das Custas Processuais aplica-se apenas aos processos iniciados em 20 de Abril de 2009.<\/li>\n
  2. O processo inicia-se com a abertura do inqu\u00e9rito sendo irrelevantes, para esse efeito o momento em que o arguido teve conhecimento dos autos ou aqueloutro em que o mesmo prestou declara\u00e7\u00f5es na qualidade de arguido.
