  1. O recurso sobre a mat\u00e9ria de facto \u00e9 um rem\u00e9dio para corrigir erros patentes de julgamento sobre a mat\u00e9ria apontados pelo recorrente e tendo por base a sua argumenta\u00e7\u00e3o que pode levar a decis\u00e3o diversa.<\/li>\n
  2. O Tribunal da Rela\u00e7\u00e3o, no recurso sobre a mat\u00e9ria de facto, n\u00e3o tem que reexaminar toda a prova produzida, mas apenas aquela que, sem preju\u00edzo do disposto no artigo 412º,nº6 do CPP, o recorrente, concretizando-a, tem como deficientemente apreciada.<\/li>\n
  3. A norma do art.127.º do C\u00f3digo de Processo Penal deve ter-se por cumprida quando a convic\u00e7\u00e3o a que o Tribunal chegou se mostra objecto de um procedimento l\u00f3gico e coerente de valora\u00e7\u00e3o, com motiva\u00e7\u00e3o bastante, e onde n\u00e3o se vislumbre qualquer assumo de arb\u00edtrio na aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o da prova.
