Na audi\u00eancia de discuss\u00e3o e julgamento, quando se trate, n\u00e3o de proceder ao “reconhecimento” do arguido, mas \u00e0 identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo pela testemunha, como sendo o autor dos factos em discuss\u00e3o, o que se valoriza \u00e9 o depoimento da testemunha, apreciado de acordo com o princ\u00edpio da livre aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o da prova, nos termos do art.º 127º, do C. Proc. Penal e n\u00e3o a prova por “reconhecimento de pessoas” a que alude o art.º 147º, do mesmo C\u00f3digo.
