Se o Juiz em causa j\u00e1 interiorizou, leg\u00edtima e for\u00e7osamente, uma perspectiva da conduta do ora requerente, o que se constata pela motiva\u00e7\u00e3o elaborada na senten\u00e7a, tal pode ser entendido, em tese, como motivo grave e s\u00e9rio adequado a gerar desconfian\u00e7a sobre a sua imparcialidade, pela comunidade, na medida em que, manifestamente, em anterior processo, formou convencimento sobre a conduta do arguido, a ser apreciada no novo processo (ent\u00e3o, enquanto testemunha, agora, na qualidade de arguido, a quem se imputa a falsidade daquele testemunho).
