  1. O regime normativo dos impedimentos, recusa e escusa pretende garantir a imparcialidade do juiz num determinado processo em fun\u00e7\u00e3o das v\u00e1rias circunst\u00e2ncias que podem, no caso concreto, colocar em causa a sua imparcialidade nesse processo.<\/li>\n
  2. O facto de existir um processo em que foi suscitada a recusa de um juiz por motivos de interven\u00e7\u00e3o anterior nesse processo \u00e0 fase de julgamento, sustentado em determinados factos, n\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 por si motivo de recusa do mesmo juiz num outro processoque nada tem a haver com o anterior.
