Assim se do contexto do despacho de acusa\u00e7\u00e3o e dos termos que precederam a sua elabora\u00e7\u00e3o, resultar inequ\u00edvoco que a refer\u00eancia do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, na parte final da acusa\u00e7\u00e3o, ao nome de um terceiro, \u00e9 um erro material de escrita, um lapso manifesto, em que querendo-se escrever o nome do \u00fanico arguido do processo, se escreveu nome diferente, incumbe ao Juiz suprir esse erro material, ordenando-se a respectiva rectifica\u00e7\u00e3o
