Com a nova redac\u00e7\u00e3o dada ao art.º 187º, da Lei n.º 52\/2008, de 28\/08, pelo art.º 162º, da Lei n.º 3-B\/2010, de 28\/04, o legislador transferiu de 1 de Setembro de 2010 para 1 de Setembro de 2014 a entrada em vigor do Mapa I anexo \u00e0 Lei n.º 52\/2008, adiando at\u00e9 esta \u00faltima data o in\u00edcio de vig\u00eancia dos novos Distritos Judiciais do Norte e do Centro e, por consequ\u00eancia, a respectiva composi\u00e7\u00e3o\/abrang\u00eancia, designadamente, a afecta\u00e7\u00e3o do Ju\u00edzo de Inst\u00e2ncia Criminal de Ovar, integrado na comarca do Baixo Vouga, \u00e0 jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o do novo Distrito Judicial do Centro e, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do disposto no artigo 28.º, n.º 2, da mesma Lei, do Tribunal da Rela\u00e7\u00e3o de Coimbra.
