 Na audi\u00eancia de julgamento, quando se trate n\u00e3o de proceder ao “reconhecimento” do arguido mas \u00e0 identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo pela testemunha como sendo o autor dos factos em discuss\u00e3o, o que se valoriza \u00e9 o depoimento da testemunha, apreciado nos termos do artigo 127º, do C. Proc. Penal, e n\u00e3o a «prova por reconhecimento», a que alude o artigo 147º, do mesmo Diploma Legal.
