  2. A aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o diferida, n\u00e3o o torna absolutamente in\u00fatil, quando a sua proced\u00eancia permitir a repeti\u00e7\u00e3o das dilig\u00eancias ou actos. \u00c9 que tal possibilidade de repeti\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma consequ\u00eancia normal dos recursos que n\u00e3o sobem imediatamente.
