  1. Tem interesse em agir o cidad\u00e3o estrangeiro que, tendo assento de nascimento no registo civil portugu\u00eas, onde est\u00e1 omissa a sua paternidade, pretende que seja revista uma decis\u00e3o de um tribunal do seu pa\u00eds que o declarou filho de um portugu\u00eas.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Para os efeitos do n.º 2 do artigo 1100.º do C\u00f3digo de Processo Civil, ao averiguar-se se o resultado da ac\u00e7\u00e3o "teria sido mais favor\u00e1vel, se o tribunal estrangeiro tivesse aplicado o direito material portugu\u00eas", \u00e9 aos factos dados como provados na senten\u00e7a revidenda, e n\u00e3o a quaisquer outros, q ue se aplica o "direito material portugu\u00eas".<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
