  1. Por for\u00e7a do disposto no artº 387º do CT\/2009, o trabalhador pode opor-se ao despedimento mediante apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de requerimento em formul\u00e1rio pr\u00f3prio, junto do tribunal competente, no prazo de 60 dias contados a partir da recep\u00e7\u00e3o da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de despedimento ou da data de cessa\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato, se posterior.<\/li>\n
  2. A alternativa conferida por este preceito ao trabalhador \u00e9, t\u00e3o s\u00f3, a de acatar o despedimento ou enveredar pela sua impugna\u00e7\u00e3o; j\u00e1 quanto \u00e0 forma de impugna\u00e7\u00e3o, a norma n\u00e3o deixa alternativas, pois tem de ser feita pela apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do requerimento nele referido, no prazo nele estipulado.\n
