  1. O tipo legal de ass\u00e9dio no trabalho \u00e9 de forma\u00e7\u00e3o complexa, exigindo a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios pressupostos de facto – um comportamento indesejado, praticado no local de trabalho, com um objectivo ou efeito determinado: o constrangimento, a hostiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, a afecta\u00e7\u00e3o da dignidade da pessoa, a desestabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n
  2. Preenche-se o tipo em causa quando um empregador, ap\u00f3s transferir uma trabalhadora para um local de trabalho que dista da sua resid\u00eancia cerca de 70 kms, alegadamente por dificuldades de relacionamento com a equipa de trabalho, a coloca num local isolado, no qual a mant\u00e9m sentada, sem atender clientes nem exercer qualquer actividade e virada para a parede durante v\u00e1rios dias.\n
