    \tPelo DL 159\/99, de 11\/5, veio a operar-se a distin\u00e7\u00e3o entre trabalhadores independentes cuja produ\u00e7\u00e3o se destina exclusivamente ao consumo pr\u00f3prio e da sua fam\u00edlia, e trabalhadores independentes que laboram para outrem, sem subordina\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica. \t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    \tEm qualquer dos casos, a exist\u00eancia de seguro de acidentes de trabalho n\u00e3o torna exig\u00edvel que a actividade prestada seja remunerada nem que o trabalhador labore por conta de outrem. \t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
