Constituem elementos objectivos do crime de ofensa a pessoa colectiva p\u00fablica: a) a afirma\u00e7\u00e3o ou propala\u00e7\u00e3o de factos inver\u00eddicos; b) suscept\u00edveis de ofender a credibilidade, o prest\u00edgio ou a confian\u00e7a da pessoa colectiva, corpora\u00e7\u00e3o, organismo ou servi\u00e7o; c) n\u00e3o tendo o agente fundamento para, em boa f\u00e9, reputar tais factos de verdadeiros.<\/li>\n
  2. O bem jur\u00eddico protegido n\u00e3o \u00e9 a honra, enquanto interesse essencialmente intr\u00ednseco e inerente \u00e0 dignidade da pessoa, mas antes a credibilidade dos entes a\u00ed previstos.
