  1.  simples declara\u00e7\u00e3o proferida em audi\u00eancia pelo arguido de que est\u00e1 arrependido n\u00e3o tem qualquer valor. O que tem valor, como circunst\u00e2ncia atenuante da responsabilidade criminal do arguido \u00e9 que o mesmo demonstrou estar arrependido;<\/li>\n
  2. O arrependimento \u00e9 um ato interior, devendo essa demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o ser vis\u00edvel de modo a convencer o tribunal que se no futuro vier a ser confrontado com uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o id\u00eantica, n\u00e3o voltar\u00e1 a delinquir;<\/li>\n
  3. Em casos de crime de dano, a demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o da sinceridade do arrependimento passa, nomeadamente, pela repara\u00e7\u00e3o do dano, pelo prop\u00f3sito s\u00e9rio da sua repara\u00e7\u00e3o, ou at\u00e9 pela apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de desculpas ao lesado.
